Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love how NUESH fits and feels. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Window You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they're unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Exchange-First We're an exchange-first brand. If your size or color isn't right, we'll get you the correct one as quickly as possible. If you'd prefer a refund, we offer store credit by default, or a refund to your original payment method on request.
Hygiene For hygiene reasons, items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags and liners intact. Sports bras and other fitted pieces can be returned or exchanged as long as they meet these conditions — please try them on over your own clothing.
How to Start Email support@nuesh.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we can't guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, typically within 2–3 business days after approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email support@nuesh.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
