NUESH ships within the United States. All orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery Estimates Standard US shipping takes 3–7 business days after processing. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, weather, and holidays can occasionally extend them.

Tracking Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to you by email when your order is dispatched. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, email support@nuesh.com and we'll look into it.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order.

Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We begin processing orders quickly and can't guarantee changes once an order is placed.

Lost or Stolen Packages If tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven't received it, please file a claim with the carrier and email support@nuesh.com — we'll help however we can.
